Built in the 1930s from the same white stone used in the old Dubrovnik summer houses, Villa Elita has been recently renovated to the highest standard providing accommodation for up to 12 people.
Located only a few kilometers from the old town of Dubrovnik, Villa Elita is magnificently secluded and surrounded by the forest green pine trees, the scented Mediterranean flora and the sapphire Adriatic Sea.
The manicured landscaping has a handmade water fountain surrounded by flower gardens and stone-covered terraces with a view of the sea. The large main dining room is adjoined by the spacious seaside terrace providing views of the nearby islands and nature’s gardens. Interior décor is reminiscent of the famous summer houses of European aristocracy from the 17th century.

The aperitif bar, dining room and wine cellar are all situated on the ground floor. The aperitif bar with its fireplace is perfect for intimacy while the wine cellar is independently cooled to preserve the rich selection of wines. The dining room sits 36 people and its large windows open your eyes to the panoramic sea view only a dozen meters away. On the main floor, the living room with fireplace and baby grand piano centers the queen-size bedroom and presidential suite with terrace. The top floor is home to three bedrooms and the second presidential suite. All bedrooms have a Jacuzzi bathtub in their bathroom while the presidential suites’ bathrooms have corner Jacuzzi bathtubs and marble-covered shower cabins. The two presidential suites consist of a master bedroom and a private living room as well as an ensuite bathroom and powder room.
The property is fitted with state of the art hi-fi stereo system with controls in public areas. All bedrooms and living rooms have large LCD television screens with DVD players. Each room and suite has their privately-controlled air conditioning unit and floor heating in the bathrooms. The villa is wired for unlimited internet access in every room as well as in the office corner.
SECURITY SYSTEM
Security is of great importance as the villa is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance and staffed for on-site security personnel. Electronic front gates with video entry system controls who enters and exits the property. The alarm system and 24-hour monitoring assures that the villa and its guests will remain safe and secure at all times.
