Rixos Libertas is announcing a new restaurant opening in the hotel, Le Select. This trendy a la carte restaurant is set with dedication to serve interesting and ambitious international fare.
A contemporary 56 – seater restaurant overlooks sea with a terrace for romantic dinner evenings under the stars.
Le Select combines Mediterranean food delicates with fusion of Oriental and Asian cuisine. The sleek service with fusion cuisine promises a journey of tastes. The restaurant Le Select will be open with the promotional menu dedicated to the famous Croatian literature Marin Držić as a celebration of this controversial and witty play writer in 2008. Just, as Držić was a person full with controversies, the menu is prepared in the same way, witty and contentious. Menu is consisted of old Dubrovnik recipe with traditional preparation and modern presentation. Extensive wine list from Old and New World will surely please the most demanding taste, for the ones more preferring rich after dinner drinks a list of cognacs and cigars will surely please you.
Le Select is open Monday through Saturday from 19:00 to 23:00.
