«The Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiquities» installed a handrail along the staircase at Pile as part of the renovation work being carried out on the entrance to the city.

The handrail will enable senior citizens and numerous tourists an easier and safer access to the old historical center.

The complete renovation of this part of the city is to take place in May.
