okay but better choices

This hotel was not near old town Dubrovnik so we either had to walk 45 min or take a taxi or the bus. If most of what you want to see is in old town, this would not be convienent. the hotel restaurant- breakfast was fine, but the buffet dinner reminded me of eating in Morrison's cafeteria. which is to say not worth your time. We had a few problems-- the front desk staff was more often gone than there, the first room they gave us smelled so bad I requested to move, which they could not do until the next day. Both mine and my roommate's key cards stopped working, but I received no apology for the trouble. watch your bill-they added a charge that we did not make. getting service in the spa was difficult and the services are not the same as in the States.

As soon as we arrived at this hotel I felt right at home. Having a late check-in I was a bit nervous as to the reception we would receive, however when I saw the smiling assistant behind the front counter, I knew we had chosen the right hotel. >>> more

Quiet Hotel, with helpful staff and fabulous views across Lapad Bay. 2010-02-06

Booked hotel for first three nights of our holiday in Croatia, on hotels.com, paid L2 per day supplement for sea view, most of the rooms in the hotel do have a good view, however, as we had paid the supplement, we were upgraded to a superior room, with massive balcony and large lounge area. >>> more
